Seems like Nvidia rolled out 2 (4 if you count the architectures) beta drivers for Vista and XP last week.

You can find these here for x64 and x86.

I hope that these drivers fix the unending BSODs... I'm trying the x64 atm, and I will see under the week how it turns out, as for you others.. good luck!
