Can I delete last "session.ini" files.

Hi,

I copied my contents of my Windows XP cd to a directory on my hard drive. After I integrated SP3 RTM 5512 final, IE7 and WMP 11 with Nlite, I noticed Nlite created a bunch of last session.ini files, i.e. LAST SESSION [205405.09-23.50.34].ini in my layout. Can I delete these files? I don't plan on adding any more components to the layout and this will be the final install disk I'm making with all the above integrated into it. I want to make a bootable iso image of the layout. But before I do, I wanted to delete those last session.ini files. Does Nlite need these files when I install Windows from the iso file I will make of the layout, or are the ini files only needed temporarily when I integrated the components into the layout?
