How to make usb same as Nlite CD?

Once i've 1 complete Nlite CD with one click (Format and then install window auto).

and i need to use USB drive to install window same my Nlite CD.

I tried to find out with search and test it but i founded this way is :

install windows from USB but not same as i need for this way i don't need to input CD-Key, Regional, Time zone.

I need to use 1 click finish same as CD

Please tell me how to make it.
