How to add more .exe files in a folder

Recommended Posts

Hello! I' m sorry for my average English but I' m Italian.... I' ll do the best....

I just would know if nlite allow to add a folder with different .exe files inside. These .exe files MUST NOT be executed automatically during XP installation. This folder only has to be found in a location (for exemple --> C:\Software).

Is it possible?

:hello:

Yes it works. I think you can add folders in nlite, but best ist after nlite ISO creation to edit it with ultaiso or similiar utility.

Bear in mind that the XP boot sector must still be present on the altered ISO or it won´t boot off CD.

Create a folder in your source with the name $OEM$

there you can create subfolder....

Example:

...XPCD\$OEM$\D\MyFolder\

Evrey file in the folder "MyFolder" is automatical copy turing the instalation do partition D:\ inthe folder "MyFolder"

Just copy whatever you want to add to your source folder.

It is as simple as it sounds.

Thank you very much Mooms!!! Bye.... :hello:
