Please help newb with -extreme switch

I am trying to get vista on my eeepc and need to kill thee winsxs folder. I have searched and cannot find out how to use "switches", please help me with a simple solution.

add -extreme to the vlite shortcut.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\vLite\vLite.exe" -extreme
