XPize Settings not loading anymore

Well, I installed a customized WinXP that comes with XPize, and at first "XPize Settings" loaded without problems...

Now, I tried loading it, and I see a "busy" cursor for some seconds and then... nothing happens.

I tried reinstalling and I keep having the problem

For the record, I haven't installed anything important that could affect the system besides Windows updates...

What could be the cause of the problem?

EDIT: I don't have any problems running the other XPize components (Reloader and Force Reload)

Hmm, no idea. Probably something to do with the .Net Framework.
