Slipstreaming SP3 into XP SP2?

I'm trying to slipstream the final release of Service Pack 3 into a Windows XP Pro SP2 install CD, but I get the error:

"Failed to copy some or all of the files necessary for integrated install..."

Is it possible to integrate SP3 into an SP2 disc, or am I just missing something obvious..? I've tried both nLite 1.4.1 and 1.4.5b2.

It is possible. Is your SP2 disc an original ?

Did you remove the read only attribute for all files?
