Problem with some hotfix update !

I have some problem with hotfix update.

After install windows comples , new windows can not update some hotfix for IE 7 (KB 947864)

What wrong ?? and how to fix that ?

Windows xp pro with sp3 and I'm using hotfix packet RVMUpdatePackSP2_2.2.2

And how to change 2 file oemlogo.bmp and oeminfo.ini in nlite ?? I want it display my logo and my info in system properties

RVMUpdatePackSP2_2.2.2 is for SP2!
