Windows xp sp3, existing nlite cd.

So when I go to integrate sp3 into my setup files folder using nlite, it says, there are existing hotfixes already, that the service pack will not integrate properly unless removed. Remove updates? Yes or no. The service pack slipstreams, and I proceed to make the iso.

When used in vmware, after bootup on the cd, during the file copy procress it comes up with numerous errors saying files are missing during the file copy progress before the windows install process, esc to ignore etc.

Obviously the easiest way is to get the original windows install disc with no sp or fresh sp2. But I don't have one available. Is it possible?
