Save settings to .reg file

Normally, after I install Windows, I change some settings:

Folder Options -> uncheck "Remember each folder settings"

Sounds -> set sound scheme to "No sounds"

...

How do I save these settings so I can automatically set them on next install via RunOnce?

Use this freeware tool to make

snapshots before and after you have made all tweaks. Then use the registry file created.
