I'm currently running XP Pro on my P4 machine (P4S5MG/GL+) SiS Chipset and it runs alright on XP. I use it to burn DVDs. I use AnyDVD to remove the copyright protection then DVD Shrink to burn it to a regular DVD disk. Now would I still be able to do this in Windows 98...? I was wondering cause of the file size limit... (Since I only have one dvd drive and its my burner, dvd shrink makes an image and then burns from the image when i replace the original disk with a blank disk in my drive.) I hope it will work cause I like 98 over XP

well, I'll just load 98 on it anyway.... and need be, I'll get another dvd drive and use Dual Layer disks so I can use nero and anydvd to clone the disks then.....

I'v been using DVD Shrink on w98 (and a DVD decipherer too) without problem.

Just use a temporary folder for the new files, then remove the original DVD and insert a blank one when required.

It doesn't create an image like an ISO file orsomething. It only creates the same files that will be on DVD on your HD and these files are +- 1.2 Gb only.
