Internet Explorer 8 warning

Hello, just mentioned not to try and install IE8 although for some people it might work, but for it me it didnt it... it reverted back its seetings and since then i cannot run Visual Studio 2008, Device Manager, Services.msc, etc.. basically saying i need internet explorer 5.5 or later. They did work before i tried installing IE8. Thanks for listening

EDIT: However i did remove IE and keep Microsoft HTML engine.

You answered yourself, don't remove IE if you use IE.

Yep just giving everyone a heads up I use FF anyways
