mehappy Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 HiI've downloaded PWI 6.3 and extracted the .rar file. So I tried to open WPI.hta, but the following message appear on screen:Windows Post-Install Wizard:'Glossy" theme does not exist.Swiching to 'Glossy',the default theme. This message comes up twice and after that:'Glossy' theme could not be loaded. Re-install the theme.I can find a folder named Glossy under WPI\Themes. So why WPI doesn't run? Thanks
mehappy Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 (edited) Yes I did, but the same problem! I'm trying to run wpi.hta on a VMware-client with WinXp installed, does it anything to say?Well...I solved the problem! This folder (WPI) must be on local PC. It does not work if the folder is on a network share. Edited March 12, 2008 by mehappy
zorphnog Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 It will work on a network share, but you cannot use the UNC path naming convention (\\servername\share\...). You must map your share to a drive letter in order for it to work.
