Connexant DSL internal modem boot problem

Recommended Posts

I have an internal broadband network modem card, Connexant roadrunner. It works fine once windows 98se is running. But I have the problem that if I don't disable it before shutting down windows 98SE then on next boot i get BSOD.

So I have to use Device Manager, 'disable' then after successful boot 'enable'.

This is getting pretty tedious.

Has anyone some suggestions? File drivers include NDIS.vxd, NDISWAN.vxd, CNXTGN.sys, CNXTGP.sys
