which edition of Vista do you use? Not all fixes apply to all editions of Vista

It usually goes like if one fails all fail after it.

So you need to find which one is the problem.

Please start with excluding the KB936357.

Also at the same time sort them by the build date if available, if not then by the KB number, lowest on the top.

Also make sure to use full, unedited Vista. You can select what to remove but it must be in the same or the session after the hotfixes.
