Shortcut Question?

C:WINDOWSRUNDLL32.EXE shell32,SHExitWindowsEx 2

C:WINDOWSRUNDLL32.EXE shell32,SHExitWindowsEx 1

These are 2 shortcuts I used to put on my desktop in 98 and ME.

The first is a restart and the second is a shutdown shortcut.

Does anyone know the path (if there is any) in XP so I can do the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
