ISA Server 2006

I have been searching for a bit now with little to no success so I thought I would ask the community...

I am in need of setting up ISA Server EE 2006 and was wondering if anyone has a Security Best Practices for Operaions Manager 2007 (formerly SCOM)?

I am trying to use this so I can allow users access to the web console across domains.
