Enable/Dissable Schedualed Tasks via CMD

hi,

Anyone know a way to do the equivalent or a work around of enabling/disabling scheduled tasks in vista (Through task scheduler you can press enable/disable when selecting a task) via cmd?

Otherwise if no command to do it, how are tasks stored, could they be directly manipulated and still run when required?

Alternatively anyone know a way to create a task via cmd that will wake the system to run? (AT.exe wont allow it to wake the system)
