flatmo Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Hello,I'm trying to install Win XP SP2 in my EEE 4G. When using Nlite the "CPU Intel" option in the "Hardware" part is not there. I'm using my Compaq Presario AMD Turion64 to create the ISO. Do I have to attach the EEE CPU drivers to Nlite? Thanks for the help.
Ponch Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 When using Nlite the "CPU Intel" option in the "Hardware" part is not there. That means it's been removed from the source before. It also means your source is not original nor complete, so I'd say you better use an other cd for start if you want to avoid other surprises.
flatmo Posted March 2, 2008 Author Posted March 2, 2008 Thanks Ponch. I have two different installation CDs for XP and the result is the same. Is it possible that because the computer I'm suing to run Nlite has an AMD Turion64 processor the "Intel Processor" option in Nlite is not available? Will I have a different result if I try to run Nlite in an Intel based computer?
