[DriverPack] Could not copy Intel Chipset Drivers From ...

i get the error "Could not copy Intel Chipset Drivers From ..." while slipstreaming DriverPacks into my XP. can some1 help me? did i do something wrong?

UPDATE

when i do not select Chipset for slipstreaming, i get

seems like i cant use Driver Packs for SP3?

not sure what the issue is with the intel drivers, but the 888111 pack checks for SP version before installing and is a SP1/2 update only. I integrated SP3 then installed the DPs post install and had no issues with the audio without 888111 which I had to install with SP2 to get my audio working. Though the driver that was picked has some strange configuration for the volume control panel but it works.
