Yes.

There are a lot of tools to integrate service packs. nLite for instance. +it has its own forum here on msfn.

copy sp3 to a folder, say c:\sp3

rename the file to sp3.exe (just to make it easier later on)

so C:\sp3\sp3.exe

1. copy windows cd to folder C:\XPSP3 (any name will do, but the folder must be created already and is best to do on a drive that is not the primary drive)

2. At the command prompt, type C:\SP3\sp3.exe /integrate:C:\XPSP3. The Windows Service Pack 3 Setup Wizard starts and notifies you that Windows XP SP3 files are being integrated into the Windows XP installation folder.

3. Click OK when you see the dialog box that indicates the integrated installation has completed successfully.

4. Copy the entire contents inside of c:\XPSP3

5. Open PowerIso (or other image software)

6. Paste the files into Poweriso's right panel

7. Select Action\boot\add boot information

8. Navigate to where boot.bin is located (can be found in nlite folder if you have nlite installed, or you can find one on the web)

9. The folder is now Bootable

10. Rename the Volume

11. Save the ISO and/or burn to CD

Result is a clean integrated sp(x) untouched from other applications.
