Windows Live Messenger

Hey everyone i was wondering if there is a way of getting Windows Live Messenger without having to use the installer which downloads and installs it for you, i manage to find the folder it downloads too but when using the WLM installer it downloaded... it didnt do anything lol.

More or less looking for a standalone installer Just dont want to download something which then downloads something else.. seems stupid n pointless to me Thanks in advance.
