rjv Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 We are using Office 2003 on Windows XP. I have a user who is receiving his email, but can not view them in the preview area. He can view his Sent Items, Deleted Items and subfolders of this Inbox but just not the Inbox itself. This also happens when you log him into another machine. If he goes into owa he can read his mail without a problem. I have tried exporting the Inbox to a PST and opening that and it works just fine. I have also setup another folder title Innbox and created a rule to take new messages and put them in that folder and we can see them just fine that way as well.Any thoughts?
