Hello all,

We recently had all new servers install and now I am unable to communicate with anything outside of my network.

No Ping, No Tracert etc to websites no nothing.

Its not a major drama but can make it difficult when trying to troubleshoot issues from time to time.

We do have a Cisco Pix in place and ICMP is enabled on this.

I am able to ping these things from the pix. So it may be a Cisco thing, may be a network thing.

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

I dont mean to state the obvious but if you can ping from the cisco pix into your network but not from the pix to the cloud then it's definitely your pix configuration.

Wish i could help but i am no cisco guy, we just call 'Habib' from Cisco Tech Support whenever we encounter a problem with our pix 515e.
