In XP/IE7 if installing Yahoo toolbar 7.09 be careful not to enable all add-ons as the result can be that problems will arise with some sites, amongst which Windows update which opens but is jammed up and cannot be used.I had to uninstall the tool bar, reset IE7 then re-install toolbar and be very selective about which add-ons are enabled. In fact I have only enabled Java Anyone else had similar difficuties?
Tarun Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 It's pretty typical that toolbars can crash and mess up Windows since it hooks into Explorer. Just avoid toolbars altogether.
