skylark53 Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 I have a horrible Excel worksheet sent to me by some surveyors. The cells have been merged in row pairs right across the 30 columns, i.e.------------------- -------------------------------------- has become ------------------- -------------------The columns are unmerged. Question: is there a way to recombine the row pairs right across the document WITHOUT also merging the columns...Thanks!
IcemanND Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 already taken care of. may have been a accidental double click of the submit button.
Ponch Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I'm still trying to figure out what you actually want. The description seems to cxontradict itself. The answer would probably imply merging what you want then use "paste special" to paste the format on the rest of the cells.
