Win98: An up-to-date FAT32-on-the-fly-Harrdisk Encryption software?

Hi,

i wanna encrypt one of my Harddisks (or an USB Stick) on the fly. The OS would be Win98SE.

Is there an up2date software out there?

Crypt (all Windows)

AxCrypt (files, all Windows)

TrueCrypt (but for Windows Vista/XP/2000 and Linux...)
