strotee76 Posted January 11, 2008 Share Posted January 11, 2008 Actually, it won't include all hotfixes. MS had to cut off at some point with what was going to be included in SP3 for stability and compatibility testing. So, if you slipstream SP3 (by the time it goes final) into a clean source of XP and run Windows Update, the latest updates will still need to be installed.
