E-mail Monitroing Software on SBS2003

Customer of ours has a SBS2003 server and 10-15 workstations.

The boss there would like to have some kind of e-mail monitoring software installed so that he can view all incoming/outgoing messages.

They are using exchange server.

Any recommendations on a good piece of software?

That would be a privacy violation and is most likely against company policies.

While I'm never a fan of snooping like this, if the boss is running the company (and the employee contracts include monitoring clauses), it should be easily done. I prefer using GFI MailEssentials for this.
