Hello All,

I have a CD that comes with my new laptop, HP. Can I use vlite to make a bootable CD to install in my Desktop? If so, what do I need to do?

A recover/retore Cd Vista Home Edition. I can only use the CD to restore my laptop. I can't boot from my desktop using this CD.

Full Vista is bigger than one CD so that means your recovery CD just activates restoration of the hidden partition. So no it can not be used with vLite.
