Multiboot usb

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find it. I have a 8GB flash drive and I would like to put the installers for:

Windows XP Professional

Windows XP Home

Ubuntu 7.10

on the flash drive so I can lose the cds. Is this possible and if so can someone please point me in the correct direction to a good turtorial?

SINGLE XP install from USB:

Since it uses grub4dos it should be easy to add a UBUNTU install, adding a second instance of XP install might be tricky and require some hexediting of hardcoded paths.
