oobe skip problem

i want to create my own user account during windows installation but i cant. nlite skipping oobe and openning windows with administrator account.i know that i can create account using nlite user account menu, but i want to create account during installation. how can i do that.

You don't say if you've checked "Skip OOBE" option in Unattended section. Or maybe autologin does that but I don't think so.

i didnt check skip oobe. but setup is always skipping.
