Looking for auto TCP/Cable Tweaker

I know there are many apps out there to let you manually edit things like mtu and other tcp related settings.

I was wondering if there are any that can automatically perform tweaks and come up with the best mix by doing its own bench marks of before and after. Can anyone recommend anything like this?
