Multi boot CD

i am using cd shell to create multiboot menu but when open cd in my computer i see file of cd shell

i already cd that is bootable but boot file isn`t into cd .

how do i do that?????????

I mean use a way that make or create boot menu but its file do`t reside into cd.

for example ------------> JB WINDOWS SERVER 2003 CD
