The time zone updates haven't been supported directly by HFSLIP for a while now because special characters are not interpreted correctly.

I made a time zone plugin for HFSLIP which is always updated with the latest cumulative time zone update settings. The only problem is that there is always a delay between the time that Microsoft release a new cumulative time zone update, and the time that Windows Update wants you to have it. KB933360 is the third cumulative time zone update (from August 2007) but the latest version is the fourth cumulative time zone update (December 2007). So even if you slipstream my time zone plugin (which contains the 4th cumulative update), Windows Update will complain. You can work around this by changing a value in the Windows Registry after installation but you'll have to change it back when Windows Update finally supports it. Personally, I would include the plugin and just ignore the update that appears on Windows Update; it will go away by itself after some time.

I need to test the problem with KB905474. It is still the same version (from February 2007) and HFSLIP has always supported it.
