I found an awesome XP/Vista Cursor Theme!

I'm using the mouse cursors by XsX,

They work really nice, but I don't think they are transparent enough.

How would I make them more transparent? Can I change pointer properties or do I edit the individual cursor files?

BTW these are for XP/Vista and ones that are not alpha-blended for 98SE and previous versions.
