Also, you should deny the account local logon privileges, too.

Open secpol.msc, find User Rights Assignment and find the entry for Deny Interactive Logon or something like that. Add that unused account so they can't somehow log on to it anyways.

actually, i turned Guest on, then i hide it... but vista login me automatically

i'll try your idea about creating another account as soon as possible....

Edit: no way, vista login me automatically the other user account must not be hidden
