Cannot open Autounattend.xml from vLite in WAIK

Hi!

I guess the topic says most of it already. When trying to open an Auotunattend.xml created by vLite v1.1 Beta 2 with the WAIK I get an error message "Unknown Attribute Line 26" (see protocol for details).

Anybody having an idea what I am doing wrong? :) Thx a lot for helping!

P.S.: Sorry for german version of WAIK protocol...

Ok but what is the line 26 of that Autounattend.xml file?

Best would be to paste lines 25,26 and 27, if they contain private data then edit to some example but preserve original structure.

Ooopps... :) Here it is. Tried different version with Ultimate, Home Premium etc. - always with the same result.

  • 1 month later...

Yeah I'm having same problem as the first poster and I applied nuhi's fix after vlite made the .xml file and when I try to open up the answer file in WAIK I get a new error msg: "Unable to load DLL 'wimgapi.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"

Could this be because I have SP1 slipstreamed into my install.wim?
