Can i Change a repeated word in Word many times, or do i have to do th

Hey i have a doc where i need to change the business name it is repeated many times is there any way you can change one phrase or word in doc eg: "Truck Ltd" with some sort of search and change feature all at once rather then going through the document and finding each time it says "Truck Ltd" and changing it manualy to "Car Ltd"
