gosh
What most people do is they customize the profile they want to use, then they log out and copy there ntuser.dat to the default user. If the settings are not being applied, it means these users already have a profile. Windows only copies over the ntuser.dat file if the user has no profile. And of course if theyre using roaming profile windows will use the ntuser.dat located in the sysvol folder instead of the default user profile.-gosh
