I was hoping that the above, last 2 posts had something constructive to say. But the world today allows NON Constructive to be considered OK..Huuuuummmmm strange but true.

This only happens when you are using Visual styles.. Mostly the default luna interface.. what u do is open Task manager, then a browser window at the same time, then while watching task manager, u press and hold down the minimize button of the browser and you will see it shoot up to 100 %... (This does not happen in Classic Mode!!)
