Hi,

I have an intergrated Intel 4mb Graphics Chip. When i go on YouTube, when i watching the videos, the sound comes before the video and the video can be a bit slow and jerky.

If I got a much better graphics card, would this fix the problem???

Probably not. For streaming video the videocard seldom is the bottleneck. In most cases no processing can be passed to the GPU, so only the bandwidth to the video memory is important.

Yeah, I think CPU being the biggest part of poor flash quality. I have high speed internet, but a slow processor and I find that I often have to set the flash player quality to LOW to get it to sync up a bit better with the sound and to get the jerkiness to stop being such a jerk!

I have been noticing a slow Flash lately, too, at speedtest.net!

Even when way beyond the minimum requirements, at least a Pentium 4 2.4 ghz

(on another PC I have that can OC to 2.8)

I often keep it at 2.4 ghz, because of the heat.

The first symptom:

The animations of speedtest.net are noticably slow.

It did seem to been related to bad performance reports!

And I did check for thermal throttling, can't actually find any reason for it to.
