Syspre mini-setup and Txtsetup.sif

Does anyone know whether txtsetup.sif will run during sysprep mini-setup? I have make a universal image without SATA driver, but it gave me BSOD when the image is download to a computer with STAT hard disk. I am trying to figure out if I can use txtsetup.sif to install SATA driver (same as F6 during windows installation) during mini-setup.

if you are using sysprep the recommended way is to use the massstorage section of the sysprep.inf to add boot up mass stroage controllers.
