Setting timezone in unattended installation

Hi,

I used to set timezone in my unattended installation by using timezone index in unattend.txt. But, after the introduction of MS DST hotfixes 931836 & 933360, this method does not work for new time zones.

Anyone has any other alternative?

if you're already integrated your OS with nLite, edit WINNT.SIF before burn to CD:

[GuiUnattended]

TimeZone= (change your timezone here)

Example: Estern Time

[GuiUnattended]

TimeZone=035

[D_block]

i used the nlite for my unattended guide and i havent got anyproblems, you may want to recheck what you did
