deleted STARTUP folder

I did some managing in

C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Start Menu\Programs

And accidently deleted the STARTUP folder. I have recreated it by copying it over from ALL USER but it just won't function anymore.

Anything I put in it it won't work in it even isn't detected by MSCONFIG utility.

Create a Reg_SZ Entry called "Startup" (without the quotation marks) here

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

The value should be the path to your newly created autostart folder.
