RIS is not in the list!1

I want to configure a server running 2003 as a RIS server, but i couldn't find the "Remote installation services" component in the windows components list... What should i do then?!

if SP2 is installed this will be labeled as Windows Deployment Services and to use RIS you need to use legacy mode.
