hiding windows

hi is there a way to hide progams that use ms-dos interface? i found this runhiddenconsole thingy but i dont know how to use it properly....if anyone here knows could you pls reply a detailed instruction...thank you..

or is there other program that doesnt anymore need to install??....thank you again
