What component not to remove so MUI language pack can be installed?

Hi,

I just made my installation if Windows XP using nLite 1.4RC2. Everything works perfectly, except one thing. I can not install MUI language pack on that Windows. I removed a lot of component's so maybe I removed something that MUI pack needs. When I try to install it installation starts OK but suddenly it rollbacks and I get message that pack can not be installed (there is no explanation why).

I uploaded my last season.ini as attachment. So can somebody tell what I removed so MUI packs can not get installed?
