Dear,

I am using Win XP & F C 7 as dual OS.

I am not able to longing in to my Windows XP OS.

When I am going to Install a Sony Handy Cam drivers suddenly It has been restarted. After that it is restarting after giving the Administrator pw:.

Immediately after entering the Password it is restarting continuously.

I have tried several options like:

1. Starting in Last known good configuration: It is not working.

2. Starting in safe mode: It is asking the Admin PW: but in 16 bit colors, it is not going forward.

3. Booting with XP Sp2 CD: after Hardware checking it hangs.

I have mount that ntfs drive into FC 7, So I have the OS registry with me can I do some thing with that?

Please get me out of this rid if anything is available for me.

You can do that with FC becoz Linux doesn't have any tool to edit registry.....(not checked yet but Linux does not cotain Registry Structure)

I think there is scroll bar to scroll password textbox. ( Use Safemode with Command Prompt)

Dear,

I am not trying to edit with registry tool, I am trying to edit the Windows folder which is available to me in Fedora. It is mounted (the c:\ drive is mounted in Fedora) and it is available to me the Windows system folder. Is there any chance to edit and do any modifications in the windows system folder manually?

Thanks in advance.
