SOLVED: GIGABYTE GO-W1623A Bad Flash

i was upgrading the firmware from go-w1623_y8s3 to go-w1623_y8s6 and the light went out when i turn my pc back on, the light just stays on and it does not show up in BIOS nor windows.

where can i find a .bin firmware?

You didnt back up the original firmware before flashing?

You could always retry the new firmware, and hope for the best. (I have done this before myself)

Gigabyte GO-W1623A now crossflash to LiteON SHW-1635S

even now my drive even works better i can now even burn at 2X which my drive couldn't before.
